Through the inquiry form we collect: name / company name, email address, optionally a phone number, the selected product category, and the message text.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed in order to respond to the inquiry and prepare a commercial offer — based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR (pre-contractual measures and the controller's legitimate interest).

Recipients of data

The form is handled by a third-party form delivery provider (FormSubmit), which forwards the inquiry to the controller's email address. Data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Retention period

Data is retained for as long as necessary to handle the inquiry and, where cooperation is established, for the period required by tax and accounting regulations.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and restrict the processing of your data, to object to processing, and to lodge a complaint with the competent data protection authority.

Cookies

This website does not use cookies or local storage (localStorage) for analytics or marketing purposes. The only value stored is the colour theme you pick (light or dark), kept in your browser alone and never transmitted anywhere.
